Ohn Veyla

Drift Core
Ohn Veyla was born on the moon-world Eluvor, where emotional restraint and mental stillness were sacred. But Ohn was different — a dream-heavy child who remembered every dream in perfect detail. She often wandered alone, half-awake, haunted by symbols and voices no one else could see.
One night, she dreamed of a mirror floating in black water — behind it, a pulsing light that felt alive. She reached for it.
When she awoke, the Drift Core had bonded to her.
Now, Ohn is a walker of minds — manifesting nightmares, bending landscapes based on trauma, and phasing between reality and dream. The Core didn’t grant her control. It granted her reflection.
And through dreams, she is searching for what called her.
Powers of the Drift Core
Nightmare Manifestation
Allows the wielder to physically manifest the fears or traumatic memories of others.
These creations can fight, block, distract, or torment opponents.
Drawn from nearby consciousness or direct eye contact.
Phantom Projection
Creates ghostly figures or illusions from the wielder’s own subconscious or memories.
Often defensive, distracting, or spiritual in form — sometimes even appearing as lost loved ones or imagined guardians.
Subconscious Terrain Bending
The battlefield subtly shifts to reflect the enemy’s inner trauma, creating warped, symbolic environments.
These changes can influence movement, line of sight, emotional stability, and combat behavior.
It doesn’t rewrite reality, but perception becomes fluid.
Dream Pulse
Emits a wave of psychic energy that causes targets to experience hallucinations, dream fragments, or false sensations.
Can make enemies believe they're drowning, frozen, slowed, or trapped — while nothing has physically changed.
Defensive Phasing
Allows the wielder to partially dematerialize, becoming intangible for brief moments to avoid damage.
Based on focus and emotional clarity — not usable in panic or rage.
Subconscious Mapping (passive)
The Core gives the wielder a sense of nearby minds, their emotional states, and deep fears — not readable thoughts, but emotional silhouettes.
Extremely effective for anticipation and ambushes.
