Iel Sei was a scout of the Threxilion — a highly evolved, silent alien species that communicated entirely through the Thoughtstream, an interdimensional psychic medium. During a dimensional exploration mission, his vessel was caught in a rift storm and crashed on Earth. Critically damaged and on the verge of death, he detected a dying human nearby within a restricted Earth genetic facility. In desperation, Iel Sei performed an emergency fusion using the Threxilion’s instinctive survival protocol, merging his essence with the human's body. This created a Threxilion-Human hybrid — a completely new being possessing traits of both species.
Soon after, the fused entity was found by a stunned security guard who exclaimed, "Hey man, you can't be here!" The words etched themselves into his newborn consciousness, and he adopted them as his new name: Heyman
